Welcome to Hallowell!  We are a community of 292 town homes and 356 single family homes located in Olney, Maryland.  Our community features ample open space with attractive walking paths, two ponds, a community pool, tot lots, and tennis and pickle ball courts for residents to enjoy.  We are conveniently located adjacent to Southeast Olney Park, which offers family-friendly amenities (e.g. large playground, picnic gazebo), basketball courts, and sports fields.

The Association is professionally managed by Community Association Services, Inc, (CAS, Inc.) located in Gaithersburg, MD.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
